You can create a new park, and not delete the old one, and when you go back into the save menu, your new park duplicates it self over the old one. There is one main problem that is really annoying though, which is that when you have a saved sandbox mode park, and you want to create a new park, (frame rate tends to slow down a lot when you have more than 10-13 big roller coasters and then the the game starts saying the park is full and it stops you from adding any more rides or shops) the old one gets replaced. This means the rollercoasters and rides aren’t up to date with the new ones coming out, and there are a few minor bugs that don’t cause many issues for me. The main problem with RCT3 is that is hasn’t had an update for years. I mainly play sandbox mode, but there is also a pretty good career mode where you complete objectives to make the parks profitable. It has many rides and coasters, and it also has many terrain and path options. This is a very good mobile Amusement Park game, I think it’s the best on the App Store currently.
